Unpublished manuscripts and extended versions of papers presented at conferences may be submitted for possible publication in IAJIT. Responsibility for the content of a paper rests upon the authors themselves and not upon the editors or the publisher. Please read and follow these instructions carefully. Doing so will ensures that the review and publication of your paper is as rapid and efficient as possible. The editors reserve the right to return manuscripts that are not prepared in accordance with these instructions.
Submission
Electronic submission of manuscripts as Microsoft’s Word document via IAJIT submission system after applying IAJIT Template is a must. Submissions in other formats will be rejected. IAJIT EJManager is a management system that automates the paper submission and the whole reviewing process. It can be accessed via IAJIT web site at www.iajit.org. Any question regarding submission or the reviewing process should be directed to IAJIT support at support@iajit.org.Work submitted for publication must not be published previously or under consideration for publication elsewhere and, if accepted, it should not then be published elsewhere in the same form. If previously published figures, tables, or parts of text are to be included, the copyright-holder’s permission must have been obtained prior to submission.
Author lists should be carefully considered before submission. (Changes to author list post acceptance are not allowed.)
Plagiarism Policy Research Policy and IAJIT adhere to the highest standards with regard to research integrity and in particular the avoidance of plagiarism. Every manuscript submitted for publication to IAJIT journal is checked for plagiarism after submission and before being sent to an editor for editorial review.
Copyright
It is a condition of publication in IAJIT that authors assign copyright to the publisher. This ensures that requests from third parties to reproduce articles are handled efficiently and consistently and will also allow the article to be as widely disseminated as possible. In assigning copyright, authors may use their own material in other publications provided that IAJIT is acknowledged as the original place of publication, and the publisher is notified in writing and in advance.

Identify Two Experts
You must identify two experts in the subject of your article, details of which will be requested during online submission. The experts must not be members of IAJIT editorial board, must not be from your* institution, and at least two of them must be from a different country from you*.
The purpose of this request is ensure your familiarity with the latest research literature in the field and to identify suitable experts who could be invited to join our Experts Database and who may be asked if they are willing to review articles for IAJIT journal; we are unlikely to ask them to referee your article.
(*"you" refers to all authors of the paper)
Proofs
One round of page proof will be sent to the corresponding author for checking. To avoid delays in publication, proofs should be checked and returned immediately via IAJIT submission system.
In the case of conditional acceptance, authors must not reduce the size of the paper unless they were instructed by the reviewers.
Book chapters
published book chapters are not allowed to be re-published in IAJIT
Extensions to conference papers
The extended paper must have:
- different title.
- different abstract.
- at least 30% extended content and results.
- update references.
- a citation to the conference paper.
- In the introduction, the author must specify how different is the extension from the original paper.(what are newly added ideas, experiments, reviews...)
- Author's name's must not be changed or re-ordered, under any condition.
- Changing any of the results must be highlighted and justified to the editor.
- Authors could be asked to do any further enhancements of their manuscript.

Article Processing Charges
Please note that for papers submitted after 1st April 2023, an Article Processing Charge (APC) of 600$ will apply.
